We are actively working with local hotels to secure dedicated hotel blocks and/or discount codes for conference attendees. We will share more details via email and on the website as they are confirmed.

You should plan to land in Chicago by 1pm on Friday if you wish to attend all the optional Friday events. Please refer to the schedule of events when determining which activities to attend and when to book flights.
Chicago O’Hare (ORD) airport is ~45 min drive / ~60 min train ride to Evanston / northern Chicago.
Chicago Midway (MDW) airport is ~60 min drive / ~90 min train ride to Evanston / northern Chicago -
We will be posting forms on the website to submit interest in activities as we get closer to the event.
