Which airport should I use? 

The Boston Logan airport is the closest option and, when not in rush hour traffic, is just 15 minutes from campus. The Manchester, NH airport is a 1 hour drive.   

WHere should I stay, and what's the best way to get around?

Ride sharing apps like Uber or Lyft are usually the most convenient way to travel from the airport. You are responsible for your own lodging.
